Group Training and Classes at Everlove

Justin offers Strength training, Yoga, and Movement classes out of Everlove healing and yoga in Collingwood Ontario. Each class is an immersive experience that takes you into a greater experience of your physical body.

“I was feeling anxious about getting my knee in shape. I had suffered an aggravated meniscus and gone through physiotherapy for almost 3 months. I needed to strengthen my knee and get to a place where I could safely resume my active lifestyle. 

I wanted to get into shape for playing pickleball and skiing.
