“I was feeling anxious about getting my knee in shape. I had suffered an aggravated meniscus and gone through physiotherapy for almost 3 months. I needed to strengthen my knee and get to a place where I could safely resume my active lifestyle. 

I wanted to get into shape for playing pickleball and skiing.

First and foremost I have regained confidence in my ability to resume skiing and pickleball!

I’ve also noticed that I can now ascend and descend stairs without worrying about my knee…I’ve come a long way since last April.

  • We begin by getting to know each other at our first initial consultation to help Justin build out the best exercise program that will help you feel strong, capable, and alive.

    Once you read over the welcome package we go into the 4 foundation principles of health and happiness we will start designing a lifestyle that would make you excited to wake up and pursue your goals and dreams.

  • You will have access through Voxer to ask questions, seek support, and accountability.

  • Training sessions are in person in my movement space at Everlove healing and yoga 136 st paul st Collingwood

  • Email Justin@mypursuit.ca about the application process.

  • Training sessions are done in a private gym space in Everlove. The only people in the room are you and I.
