KETTLEBELL WORKSHOP WITH JUSTIN HYDE
The Pursuit Of Momentum-Based Movement
AKA, the answer to
“wait… how do you do that?”
In this workshop, Justin Hyde is going to teach you:
⚡️Proper technique and form
⚡️How to harness momentum-based movement patterns (AKA how to keep that thing swinging without stopping and stalling)
⚡️How to get a full body workout using just 1 kettlebell so that you can workout effectively anytime anywhere
⚡️How to use your breath as a compliment to your movements
Kettlebells can be quite intimidating — when you first pick one up, it feels awkward to maneuver. There are so many moving pieces to think about like technique, movement pattern, and your breath. When you use a kettlebell before being taught how to do so properly, that’s when you can open yourself up to injury and/or poor technique (which will drain your energy quickly without giving you any strength benefits).
Kettlebells are an excellent exercise tool to help build strength, power, and mobility. This simple tool will improve your physical ability in all the ways you move.
This three hour kettlebell workshop will give you the time, space, and guidance to learn exactly how to control your kettlebell, ensure your form is proper, and gain the confidence you need to add kettlebells into your workout routines moving forward.
Your ticket to the workshop also includes:
⚡️1x Kettlebell that you get to keep! ($50-$90 value)
⚡️1x Kettlebell-based workout through the My Pursuit app ($25 value)
⚡️Fruit to refuel mid-workshop
Harnessing the momentum of a kettlebell is a powerful thing… and it looks really, really cool.
Are you ready to be one of those people who can swing a kettlebell around flawlessly and have people asking “how do you do that!?”
